Also, can't they just… lie about their age on signup?
So Australia is trying to ban social media for kids under 16, which iirc includes twitter, instagram, facebook, ect. But you can go down quite a deep rabbit hole on what is “social media”. Reddit? Scratch? Or even wasteof.money? 
US will not collapse. It didn’t in his first term and it won’t again.

My Roblox account got hacked. They stole all my rare stuff in Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me, and Pet Simulator X. They logged in from Russia. :( They sold my Builders Club helmet for 1 robux, and spent all my Robux.
