After a lot of testing and stuff, wo.mbat is finished and ready for release! wo.mbat is a fully native Android client for wasteof with some cool features, including but not limited to:

Also I finally got a refurbished OEM screen for my mint condition iPhone 11 Pro 256GB I got for free from an ewaste bin in mint condition, so I got a $118 AUD ($73 USD) iPhone 11 Pro. Oh and it’s on iOS 14.2 so it’s jailbroken yippee

update: turns out that I both have zero patience and the hard drive was actually completely dead which is why it wouldn’t boot. Upgraded it from a 5400rpm 500GB HDD to a 7200rpm 1TB HDD (I don’t have any SATA ssds) and it is now running High Sierra. It’s very slow obviously so I’m trying to either install Windows/Linux or downgrade it to macOS Sierra or El Capitan.

it’s definitely not the best, having only just under 6,000 web pages indexed, but it doesn’t take any data from third parties such as Bing or Google, which most other “search engines” (like DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, Yahoo etc) do
