It really pains me to say, Atticus is dead.

For those unaware, Atticus is my beloved russian blue cat. I’ve had him since he was a kitten up until 2015.

Recently, his health went on a rapid decline due to heart disease and blood clots. The only humane thing we could do was euthanisation. It was not an easy decision, but it was for the best. I held his paw as he crossed the rainbow bridge, making sure he knew how much I loved him.

update: i got the pickl buds back the person supposedly “found them” and was “trying to find the owner”, mhm, they were in my bag buddy

when I get my replacement pixel 8 pro from the google store under warranty I think I might just sell it and buy a refurbished Galaxy S24/S23 Ultra.

Only issue is since buying my phone like a year ago, it’s over halved in value and only sells for like $600 AUD when I bought it for $1699 :/

God this week has been eventful

• Pixel 8 Pro dieded and melted

• Switched to galaxy s9 for now

• Got 4 phones, 3 fully working iPhone pluses (6, 7 and 8) and a Galaxy S7 which sadly has broken USB data, I get device descriptor request failed in device manager and no way to re-flash the firmware to try and fix it

I suddenly care about nova search again so more features on the way! Also turns out it hasn’t been crawling pages so all 200k+ need to be re-indexed YIPPEE

Update: they unbanned LED lights after we put signs on all the light switches saying you can't use the lights because they're LED and therefore banned and also unplugged all the computer monitors

This is not a joke my school banned all LED lights because I brought in some cheap plastic LED light bulbs and gave them to my friends and we just walked around with them to intimidate teachers and students

The reason they banned them was because they can shatter (as plastic so notoriously does of course) and have toxic chemicals (unlike very safe glass fluorescent lights)

Also I finally got a refurbished OEM screen for my mint condition iPhone 11 Pro 256GB I got for free from an ewaste bin in mint condition, so I got a $118 AUD ($73 USD) iPhone 11 Pro. Oh and it’s on iOS 14.2 so it’s jailbroken yippee
