i rly hate when im watching tv and there are like 2 second adverts for random stuff that is really annoying and i just dont care abt the ad but ive gotta go through the whole thing anyway - like i wish the channel would just give me a break and not have a single ad at all - i mean they do exist right?? so why do i have to keep getting ads??

i have a rlly bad habit of just like staying up all night and then not going to sleep until the morning cuz its just really nice and quiet in the night - and when im up so late and i dont wanna try going to sleep cuz then i just feel like im missing out if i do - so what happens is i just end up staying up till like 7am and then im like "oh i should just stay up anyway then"
what if i just spent the whole day lying in bed scrolling and watching vids until i get so bored that i just fall asleep - and when i wake up its like 7pm and its dark outside and then idk im probably gonna hate myself later for not doing literally anything productive with my day
