First thing I’d suggest you to do is change your theme, open the dropdown at the top with your username on it and go to “Look and Layout”, then click “change” on “Current Theme”
Under the same dropdown there’s also “Profile Details”, which you may also want to do things with
After that you can basically ignore anything under the dropdown ever again
Apart from that it’s a forum
Search only works for content of the posts, not topic names, by the way
