not to get too political but it is a bit frustrating that people are just now realizing the 80 year old is 80 years old
we still have four months and I don’t think things are official yet, can we please pivot now and find someone who won’t cause the country to be run into the ground
I was frustrated four months ago when I voted in the primaries (no one else cared then!) and I’m just as frustrated now. Partisanship is actively killing our country and no one cares!
okay I’ll shut up until something else makes me mad
I think it’s about time for some Bahamas pictures, don’t you?
This is when I first got to the beach after landing, right before it poured
Day 16 - the end
This was the day we reached our destination. I still do miss being on the road
Day 15
I may have fallen asleep without posting last night but there aren’t really any good pictures from this day anyway. So you get two posts today to end this series.
Day 14
This was the longest day - 18 miles with a nice tall hill to climb at the end. Fun to look back on now but in the moment it was rough. This bridge was at a town about halfway through, it felt like we should be stopping there but I had to keep moving
Day 12
Loved this town. I spent some time down by the water on the other side of this bridge
Day 9
Great day. Crossed out of Castilla y Leon and into Galicia! Shorter but pretty, and one of my favorite towns we stayed in. Also means it’s been a year since I allegedly saw a big black dog disappear…
Day 8
This day started by going straight up the mountain. The picture is looking back down at the town we stayed in. The rest of the day was spent following the Valcarce River in the valley.
