Iโ€™m going to have a couple nice weeks of driving to work in the morning where the light is perfect and itโ€™s really pretty.

I want to show how the mountains look down the valley just as the sun comes up but itโ€™s hard to get pictures of it as Iโ€™m driving and it might not turn out well anyway

461 days later one of the postcards I sent just arrived to my house!

sending out some postcards before I head back to Madrid

was supposed to visit mt rogers this weekend but grayson highlands state park is closed for obvious reasons

fortunately our hotel allowed us to reschedule so I shall return to southwest virginia once stuff settles down again ๐ŸŽ

leaves are slowly starting to turn

finally hit 50,000 miles on my car!

why was I sitting around doing nothing in middle school 10 years ago when I could have been buying a house (prices have gone up literally 100% in the past decade)

Decided to do this again and this is what I got:

I canโ€™t believe I forgot about this awesome guy

Iโ€™m bored so Iโ€™m going to pick a random date and then post whatever picture is closest to that date on my phone. Result was day 2137/2518 which was November 1st of last year:

(quality is bad cause I have like no storage on my phone, sorry)

This is actually so cool cause when I lived in Fredericksburg for a year my dad used to take me to a part of this sometimes after school. Where we would go there are train tracks that run through it and I used to love watching the trains go by. Thereโ€™s also this pyramid thing on the other side of the tracks:

This is one of my favorite childhood memories

Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park

Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Wilderness, and Spotsylvania, this is America's battleground, where the Civil War roared to its bloody climax. No place more vividly reflects the War's tragic cost in all its forms. A town bombarded and looted. Farms large and small ruined. Refugees by the thousands forced into the countryside. More than 85,000 men wounded; 15,000 killed--most in graves unknown.

apparently tonight there is an american football game for charity that US congresspeople play in

apparently my insurance rolled over without me realizing it but the guy I talked to on the phone was really nice and now I wonโ€™t be wasting so much money ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

today and tomorrow I get to pretend like Iโ€™m back in school and sit in class for 8 hours

welp

this heat is too much can we get to fall now
