Found the fault! Problems in India as https://statusgator.com/services/fastly says that “Traffic rerouted in Hyderabad (HYD)” which is a City in India where fastly operates
Can you comment on https://scratch.mit.edu/users/codubee profile to tell that “2 people in India can’t use Scratch. https://uploads.scratch.mit.edu/projects/thumbnails/572511641.png shows ‘Error 503 No healthy IP available for the backend’ - seems like Fastly in India issue?“
Can confirm. I cant login. Projects won’t load (comments did.. that’s strange) and when I go to profile, it says problem in server
