I wish lily wasn’t gone, they may have been somewhat controversial but they were also pretty fun, this site feels kinda boring rn
how were oren’s posts “memorable”? That just depends on how often you read someone’s post and whether you personally care about their posts???
I think orens posts were higher quality and good, making them memorable. End of discussion.
lol, just because you agree with one person’s opinions more than someone else’s you classify their posts are unmeaningful or “low-quality”. This is exactly what Elon Musk does all the time with Twitter when he says he wants everyone to have the ability to say their opinions before literally expressing that he doesn’t think certain people should. @mef is right, just because YOU weren’t interested in someone’s posts doesn’t change everyone else’s opinions and interactions about/with them.
Um what, this is nothing about their opinions on subjects, this is just about their average posts (eg about their life). Please stop dragging this on.
Factually wrong, I tried to stop it, yet they carried on, now you’re carrying on. Stop.
Okay, I'm gonna preface this by saying that I don't understand why how this discussion became so heated, because I simply began by inquiring why you made certain statements. I will also not respond anymore to respect your wishes to end the conversation, but I'm trying to make it clear that I have no reason to be hostile to you or dislike you.
The only reason I even replied to you was to object when you started by saying that everything lily ever did was controversial, and when I pointed out that that was incorrect (as the vast majority of her posts weren't remotely controversial), you changed your argument and started criticising the quality of her posts about her life.
You don't have to care about what happens in someone's life (and no one is saying you do), but you can at least respect their right to post about it to those who do. It doesn't invalidate their contributions to the site, just because you didn't particularly value them. Let’s remember to keep the discussion friendly I think we all want there to be an active community on wasteof, but saying that you're happy someone left because you didn't like the posts about their life doesn't seem fair.
I think you misunderstood me completley, i’m not criticising lilys posts about her life at all, that was just an example of what a post could be about that isn’t controverisal, not an example of a post type of hers that I didn’t like. Hope you understand.
