imo 5 hours of sleep is the ideal sleep time, you’ll be tired but for some reason you’re more motivated to get up. when i get a lot of sleep i just don’t want to get up in the morning

that’s fair :0 for me i feel well rested when i get up after getting a lot of sleep (at least as well rested as one can be with sleep disorders)
