Chiroyce/dertermenter (I combined your troops because of the alliance, if you want to move them around let me know) start to capture New York, and supercash sails down to capture Delaware.
@8bitosc spreads in all directions (but mostly east), human moves south, mrowlsss continues capturing Georgia, and silly starts moving east inside Oklahoma (I assume that’s what you meant when you said east)

I’ll take the four remaining counties on Vermont’s western border,
Then in Maryland, I’ll take Queen Anne’s, hop across to Anne Arundel, snag Prince George’s, and finally take DC
To start, you get 4 counties a day. For every extra state you get 2 extra counties, and for every extra region you get 4 extra counties.
You’re limited to 6 counties per day right now so I don’t see any other way
Also, for your troops, I miscounted. You have 4600 troops.
