standard player size, the mod is client side but anyone else with the mod can see it, it’s purely cosmetic
if you made an avatar that can do that, then yea, it’s only cosmetic so it doesn’t affect actual gameplay

I got distracted and built some OSHA compliant™ villager housing, and spawned 50 of them, so they probably spawned because of that lol
