i really wish company social media accounts didn’t act like they belong to someone’s personal account - it was funny when wendy’s did it, but it stopped being funny after that…

like, i understand the intent to seem more human and less corporate, but imo there’s plenty of other ways companies can go about that that don’t feel so… forced.
