We would like to apologize for our recent comments endorsing the former president, Donald Trump. We have realized that our actions in endorsing him without considering what other people would think was wrong and ignorant, and we understand why you all would be upset. We understand that whatever damage is done cannot be reversed, and we hope you forgive us for what we’ve done, however we understand if you choose not to. We respect our communities and love everyone no matter what, and we want to show our respect to our fellow Blazers by doing so. Moving forward, our brand will be 100% politically neutral, like it has been before, and will only focus on what the platform is about, and that is bringing communities together. As such, we have decided to remove and retract all the comments and posts defending and endorsing the former president on this platform. Hello Blazers! Our apologies for not providing any updates, we decided to take a 1.5 week break from production. We will finish the development phase and accept requests for some closed sourced versions and projects in 2.5 weeks for Operation Volcano on Blaze.

Hello Blazers,

After 18 days of investigation by WIX and not allowing the Blaze Chat to be available after the data breach that occurred due to User “A” changing the email token to another email address of User “B” and being able to access such messages, we are proud to announce that WIX has responded with a statement to us saying:

The chat behavior described above was not intended to function in this manner. We have addressed the issue, and our technical team has taken the necessary actions to prevent this scenario from occurring in the future. To avoid any doubt, this scenario is no longer reproducible.

This means that this data breach has been fixed, and Blaze Chat will be available to all users soon. However, according to our tests, the messages have been deleted from the servers due to this event. This means any group chats that were created before the breach will have to be recreated due to the security issue that occurred. If you have any questions, problems, or concerns, do not hesitate to get back to us.
