Let’s goooooo!!!! I just ran a 22:35 5k, absolutely crushing my previous PR of 24:10.

The best part is, me and my other team members were only 5 seconds apart, and we all broke our PRs.

12 people on my team broke PRs today, we ran on one of the best courses in North Carolina. And it was perfect weather (no sun, 60℉, wind from behind). Truly perfect racing conditions.

Also, the course literally had a 1/3 mile downhill at the very start (although we had to run back up that at the very end)
