there it is no way to get more followers here huh
like i’m really active and i think popular-ish but the best i can get is like a few below the bottom of the explore page
although i should be a bit more grateful bc some people only ever have like 2 followers

Once you get to a certain point (I’m there right now), you’ve gotten pretty much all the active people you can to follow you, and you can only get new followers when new people join the site. You can see in my followers graph the flatline near the end:
People have kinda slowed down in joining wasteof, which is sad, but it also means it’s hard to gain followers.
protip: follow new people that jeffalo has been followed by, say hello on their wall, and interact with them
