Also, @-1 hangs onto a corner of Texas despite Oren and silly’s best efforts.

Take more Virginia. If that’s filled, start on North Carolina from the coast
On second thought, just move down the East coast, then go up the South Carolina perimeter without entering Georgia if we get that far.
