tl;dr: “yo im leaving wasteof, i actually like touching grass, still available on discord, cya” (paraphrased by @late)
Due to numerous personal factors, I have made the decision to leave wasteof.money, and the public-facing internet at large, indefinitely.
I initially didn't plan on making any kind of announcement because I didn’t want to come across as attention-seeking or performative in my decision. But honestly, leaving people in the dark feels like it’d create an adjacent problem, so I hope this can suffice.
You can continue to contact me in a few private spaces (Discord: kiwi.two, Steam: kiwitwo), or you can leave a message here for the time being. In theory, the only remaining public-facing places I plan to be active are YouTube (youtube.com/@kiwi-two), my currently in-development website (idk lol), and a couple of extremely niche places literally no one cares about. The ultimately unconstructive crapposting you’ve seen here is going to stop for a long while, however.
Just know that I'm doing well in real life and I intend to part on good terms. Having that forced two month break from wasteof honestly did wonders for my mental health so I’d like to keep that up. Ultimately, real life is something I'd like to spend more time enjoying, and this decision reflects that goal.
I hope you guys understand my decision, thank you for the laughs. I did learn quite a bit from my time on here and I’m not going to forget that any time soon.

why does amazon’s “from the manufacturer” info for the dvd box set of regular show seasons 1 + 2 start out like a normal description and then suddenly turn into a giant list of reasons why not to buy it

adding on to this, if anyone’s interested in playing an official version of flappy bird that’s made by the game’s original creator and is still available for download today, check out “flappy birds family”. unfortunately it’s exclusive to fire tv devices, but it’s certainly a lot better than whatever this is.
it's not even good. to start off, it's not made by the original creator
it's some random people who bought the rights to use flappy bird.
the art style is atrocious, a bunch of mixels, did they even try?
they plan to have a lot of micro transactions in it
this is NOT going to be good in the slightest
mini rant time:
does anyone else dislike it when content creators try to film footage inside of a store or something, then they make a big fuss when the owner of the store tells them they can’t film inside?
like, why would you argue? if it’s private property, the store has the right to tell you to not film. plus, carrying a camera around generally looks weird if the store doesn’t know what you’re up to, and even if they do know what you’re doing, it’s still reasonable for them to say no.
it’s even more annoying when the store tells the content creators to delete their footage, only for the content creators to recover the footage later or to never delete it in the first place. unless you’re trying to expose the business for something bad they’re doing, that just feels kind of wrong.
okay, mini rant over. here’s a picture of a meerkat:

can confirm: the toilets flush the wrong way here
gimmick 2 for the pc/xbox one/xbox series x|s/ps4/ps5/nintendo switch is severely underrated imo
it’s real
about as real as a movie set can get
you know who else likes to make random regular show references in the form of a wasteof post?
