Yo, ever wanted to play on the wasteof minecraft server? Yeah, me either. But now you can!
It’s Java 1.20.6 for now (We might add bedrock in the future…)

Join the discord for info on how to turn on the server (it aight 24/7, sorry)

oh god, please use something like mcho.st instead or use oracle cloud. aternos and minehut suck for servers.
(mcho.st is free and aternos is free if you choose the right availability domain. (please choose a non overcrowded domain if you use oracle. otherwise you will never see a oracle cloud vm server again.))
Interesting. It’s a shame that Aternos shows the IP of people who join your server, otherwise I would have thought about joining

in what way do you mean it collects ip, doesn't every server do that to prevent ddosing and ban evasiom?
People who have access to the console can view any user’s IP upon joining on Aternos.
Every server does this, but large servers typically do not care to look at individual IPs. Since the wo.m server is likely to be small, it would seem more likely that the owner (or anyone with the console) will notice each person’s IP.
That isn’t to say that Esben is a dangerous guy. I just have a bit of paranoia when it comes to handing my IP out to anyone.
Every website has your ip. Also if you live in a large city you have nothing to worry about, nobody can triangulate your location.

Alright, the info is in the discord, but I’ll explain here ig. You need to create an aternos account https://aternos.org after that, tell me your username. I’ll add you to the admin pannel, which allows you to turn on the server when ever you want. Right now, the server shuts off after 5 minutes if no one is online.
I added you, so when you go to aternos you should see the wasteof server, and then you should be able to turn it on
