So in like a year Microsoft for no reason changed office 365 to Microsoft 365 (whatever but a harmless change) but now Microsoft 365 is “Microsoft 365 Copilot” with Microsoft’s shit AI built into 365 along with the logo now just being the Copilot logo with “M365” tagged at the bottom because…. why?
So tired of this AI bullshit, even the URL is now trash (went from office.com to m365.cloud.microsoft)

It seems like they integrated office into copilot but it should be the other way around, office is way better, more versatile etc and more use it
i know, this is so stupid. i went to go write a word document and the microsoft 365 app was now another copilot. i already have 2 copilots i don’t need a third that’s called copilot but nobody uses it for copilot people just want to make presentations. i hate microsoft (dont ask why i use edge idek anymore) but i cant switch to linux fully because so many games i play dont support linux. so im stuck with this ubuntu+windows dual boot but i rarely boot into ubuntu because i can do everything on windows.
Exactly I now have two copilot logos on my taskbar (the other one being actual copilot that spawned in) and I don’t even use that since despite Microsoft pushing copilot so much, it’s still worse than ChatGPT!

Yeah it does seem like AI is unnecessarily being shoved in our faces when we don’t need it. This is why I like ChatGPT as I can just boot it up when I actually need AI
I think office sucks in general. Googles suite is way better, even before the AI stuff.
