ELECTION RULES

• Voting starts on Monday, 30th June 2025 at 00:00 BST and ends on Monday, 7th July 2025 at 0:00 BST. Any votes cast outside of this window will not be valid.

• 1 vote per person. Any attempt to vote on more than 1 account will result in all your votes being invalidated. Candidates can still vote for themselves (or another person?).

• You must have joined wasteof before Friday, 27th of June 2025, and have made at least 3 posts between January 1st 2024 and Friday, 27th of June 2025 to vote.

• If you are running, and you attempt to boost your campaign in an unfair way, you will be immediately disqualified from the election and become ineligible to run in any future elections.

• If you are running for president, you may not also be another candidate’s VP nominee. (However, you can still be appointed as a cabinet member by the winner.)

• The winner of the election will be announced between the end of the election and Wednesday, 9th of July 2025 at 23:59, and they will officially become president on Friday, 11th of July 2025.

• You may not change your vote, unless the person you voted for has been disqualified.

- FAILURE TO CONFIRM YOUR RUNNING MATE BY WEDNESDAY WILL RESULT IN YOUR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE ELECTION.

• Your running mate may not be an alt account of yourself.

• These rules are subject to change.
