The word translated eunuch (εὐνουχίζω) means either castrated physically, or simply unmarried.
Notice the first line: “there are eunuchs who have been so from birth”. So in this verse we see Jesus saying, intersex and aroace people do exist, and they are born that way. As an evangelical Christian, I fully support this view.
