Today’s daily verse: Mark 10:45. In the first part of this verse, Jesus emphasizes that His purpose what to serve others, and not to be served Himself. In contrast to what we often expect of leadership of greatness, Jesus said that true leadership and greatness involves humility and serving others.
The second part of this verse states that Jesus came to give his life as a “ransom” for many. Ransom is the price that is paid to free someone who is captive. In this case, Jesus says that His life would serve as a payment for our sins, offering eternal life through Him.
Youtubers gonna have a field day with this one. Pretty sure notch doesn’t even have the rights to minecraft. I’m still excited though, hopefully we get a release year soon.
