Rules:
This server is invite-only. Please don’t spread around the join link, or I will have to enable whitelist.
Stealing, killing, griefing (to an extent) is allowed, but hacking is not tolerated. Any amount of cheating will result in a ban.
Be respectful. Everyone is allowed to play on this server (who is on wasteof) and that includes minors! No amount of swearing will be tolerated. To clarify, you can say hell, you can’t say F&$%.
Downtime may occur when I am unable to be around the server to maintenance it (ie, I am in the mountains 5 hours from my house). This will result in indefinite downtime until I am back.
You can use various commands on the server. Do /kit info to learn more information on that.

Imagine having an entire apartment building to your self. In my opinion, it would be way cooler and more fun than having a mansion. You could have all types of different activity on the different floors, plus, you get a great roof top view! How much would it cost? 10 million? 20 million? 50 million?
