URL shortcuts on Windows consistently require one of these two things to work for me:
It’s not the first time using one after a restart
I take a second before hitting “Ok” when it asks me the name
By updating the forums to use the same filter as comments specifically, the Scratch Team has now made a way for people to test their comments without getting muted and modify them until the filter doesn’t catch anything.
This doesn’t seem like a step forwards.
