I'd thought all plants were effectively male and female (turns out most are but not all) so this was a nice eye opener to me. however i get why people might misinterpret your post… i'm not sure how they'd misinterpret it but it's not the most clearly worded post from an outsider perspective. which i’m guessing is kind of the point because any other wording wouldn't really make sense for what you were saying. amazing how much it escalated.
