The famous post “I shat myself in my maths exam” has been deleted
Heartbreaking. Gone but not forgotten - its memory lives on
What’s everyone’s favourite quote?
This is mine:
“You’re digging but there’s nothing to find”
*football
You know, I've been thinking about sports lately, specifically about balls. No, not those balls! I'm talking about soccer balls, basketballs, and even those wacky bouncy balls that seem to have a mind of their own.
Have you ever tried playing soccer with a square ball? It's like watching a bunch of confused players chasing after a rebellious Rubik's Cube. Talk about a game of twists and turns!
And let's not forget about basketball. Imagine if the hoop decided to play hard to get, moving around like a mischievous squirrel stealing acorns. Scoring points would become an Olympic-level challenge!
Now, let's dive into the realm of those unpredictable bouncy balls. They bounce off walls, furniture, and unsuspecting friends. They're like miniature globetrotters, exploring every nook and cranny with no regard for gravity. I swear, those balls have a secret agenda to conquer the world!
But you know what? Embrace the chaos and have a laugh along the way. Life can be like those unruly balls, bouncing us in unexpected directions. Sometimes, all we can do is laugh and enjoy the unpredictable journey.
So, my friends, keep the spirit of laughter alive, and remember, even when life throws you curveballs, just keep bouncing back with a smile. Have a fantastic day, filled with laughter, joy, and maybe even a few well-behaved balls!
Also it’s a bad move from the scratch team not to make a forum-post announcement on the changes.
Bunch of people asking in QAS what has changed and a few seemed to be worried if the new privacy policy evades them too much, and I’m sure a lot of other scratchers (especially younger ones) are thinking the same.
Scratch’s privacy policy has changed and there is a massive blue banner on the homepage for signed in users about it
Can’t be asked to read through that shit so wonder what changed? Scratch tracks your location for educational purposes? Scratch records you to hear if you’re complaining so they can then ban you?

I was just awoken by an icy chill, with 2 mortals next to me.
One was meditating and the other was praying to the Nature God.
The icy chills crawled down my spine.
Then, the 2 mortals asked me a question: “Do you know the secrets of yoga vapes?”
I replied with “shut the fuck up”
The mortals went away.
I am always ready to breathe air.
I just saw an (ex) wasteof user on Twitter.
What are the odds of this happening? Surely like 0.0001%?
More like all time, it’s incredible
get this on monthly
Behold, “ONSET”
This is the best thing I’ve done in a long time. Be a friend and show some support <3
Just wanted to make a few things clear from my food hot takes:
I’m not an unfit fattie who eats food every day. I just like sharing my opinions on unhealthy food.
I am not a picky eater. The only common foods I don’t like is olives, already cooked cold ham slices and eggplants.
I know probably no one asked for this, but I’m paranoid that people think I’m a young Nikocado.
it’s not a sandwich and that’s a fact - a sandwich is 2 pieces of bread holding an item in the middle, however a hotdog bun is only 1 piece of bread so it’s not.
My friends and I got into the “is a hot dog a sandwich” argument… what are you guys’ thoughts (I say it’s not)?
I shaved for the first time today. I had a dirt moustache and it looked bad, but it feels really weird above my mouth now.
Yeah, seems like the Scratch Lab blocks got forgotten about despite the write feature being popular.
At the end of the day, Scratch is a programming language and was made as one. Yes, you can create art with it and stuff, but the about me of scratch more states of being a tool to programme with, not to create.
The change just feels unnecessary, nobodies asking for it and I still believe Scratch should be primarily a programming language.
Hot take: UK flopped in Eurovision. Such a disappointment when we were hosting it, our act just wasn’t it, from the average singing to the bad dancing to the overall boring performance, we flopped when hopes were highest.
There is a new shirt in the Scratch Store which has “Imagine, create, share” on it instead of “imagine, program, share”
Is this a sign of Scratch changing their slogan?
I would really dislike that change, Scratch is a programming language and is primarily on teaching young children to code, with being able to do art and stuff a bonus.
