aparently when cotton is on fire, water doesn’t always work because the upper layers just absorb the water, but then kerosene does work if it’s cold enough because it can just fall through the cotton and smother the fire

okay so i accidentally got bleach water in my mouth because my mom put bleach water in the brita to clean it and didn’t tell me, and i tried to drink from it

i was able to spit most of it out (i took a big swig to start) and since there was still the taste in my mouth, my mom told me to gargle vinegar to neutralize it

later i looked up what bleach was made of because i couldn’t remember if it was ammonia or chlorine, and come to find out, you’re not meant to mix bleach with acids because it creates chlorine gas
