The famous post “I shat myself in my maths exam” has been deleted

Heartbreaking. Gone but not forgotten - its memory lives on

Hot take: UK flopped in Eurovision. Such a disappointment when we were hosting it, our act just wasn’t it, from the average singing to the bad dancing to the overall boring performance, we flopped when hopes were highest. 😕

There is a new shirt in the Scratch Store which has “Imagine, create, share” on it instead of “imagine, program, share”

Is this a sign of Scratch changing their slogan?

I would really dislike that change, Scratch is a programming language and is primarily on teaching young children to code, with being able to do art and stuff a bonus.

Huge -1, no fruit that isn’t also a vegetable (yes stuff can be both a fruit and vegetable) don’t belong on pizza.

Hot take: Other people should start posting their hot takes.

I’m interestred on other users unpopular opinions on this site, especially the ones who bash/ratio my takes! Who likes banana on pizza? Who thinks Lis was a good prime minister? Who thinks Blackberry phones are still great (does that company even still sell phones?)

These posts also get users engaged with one another in comments and reposts. So come along, what are YOUR hot takes?

I get free healthcare, try again 😉

I think we should take medical care away from a select portion of the population

Food hot take 6: Brown bread > White bread.

Brown bread keeps you fuller for longer, is more firm, has a better texture and is overall better.

White bread is only better in hot sandwiches (toasties/grilled cheeses and sausage/bacon sandwiches)

Sourdough bread is also overrated and worse than both!

Hot take: with prime ministers of the UK normally being questionable, Sunak isn’t doing too badly.

Is he on track to be the best prime minister from the last 5? (including him)

Hot take: Snapchat AI is bad. For starters, it’s a chat app, no need to talk to AI, just talk to real humans.

Secondly, compared to other AI it generates loads of incorrect/misleading information. It’s also really biased on some mature topics which is bad, like this:

Overall it feels really unpolished.

Food hot take 5: Spice isn’t that great. It doesn’t have a flavour and it just overpowers the actual flavour of other stuff.

This is why buffalo sauce sucks.

I was just trolled on Scratch on the first time in ages by a guy called @dertransmenter.

Very odd troll, didn’t spam swears but instead said everything was transphobic.

Hot take, continuation on milk saga: Cold milk is completley rank. It’s like sickly water that is horrible to get down your throat. Milk is only good when it’s warm, then it’s delightful and cosy.

Edit: this only applies to normal milk, not chocolate milk etc

I’ve had 2 cups of milk (heated) every day since 3 years old, 1 in the morning, 1 at night.

I’m now 15 and never broken a bone.

Anyone else in the milk gang with me and @oren?

I drink whole milk as my main drink and I've never broken a bone

Odd I posted this at around the same time nikocado is actually loosing weight….

He’s obviously squeezed as much views as he can being fat so will now go down a weightloss story and gain loads of views and attention from that.

It’s an unhealthy, but also genius strategy.

Honestly, WHY are people saying this when it comes to body positivity (especially I see a lot online)

Putting beside people with medical conditions, being fat is unhealthly and bad for the environment. We should be encouraging people to get fit and not “yeah you’re fat but that’s fine! Just die of a stroke in 5 years!!!”

Body positvity was for people whose bodies were hurt by tragic/unfortunate incidents (loosing a leg, getting a big scar/burn mark, having Prader-Willi syndrome etc) and overcoming it.

ratio, the worst food item is cold rice pudding

Mayonnaise is really terrible. It's the worst food item on earth IMO.
