Changes:
The refresh rate of air has been reduced to match the given speed of sound.
Two new bosses have been added in the ocean, of large and gigantic scale.

American flag spawn rates have been increased by 150% after reportedly low levels of patriotism.
All American illegal activity now has a 10% higher chance to be illegal fire works
