my favourite thing about libreoffice (specifically LO Calc) is that its VBA macros are nearly 100% compatible with those made in Excel. it’s close enough that I can run my Excel pong in it (though with some flickering)
my favorite thing about adobe illustrator is that there's like 5 different color pickers at varying levels of usefulness, and which one you get when you press a button is a complete
