The trial chambers are cool but they don't feel challenging or rewarding

For example, the best loot I have gotten is an enchanted crossbow. No diamonds. Barely iron. Some chests have just wooden axes in them and most are empty.

Sometimes when you complete a trial spawner on ominous mode it gives you one (1) baked potato

I can't believe the loot is this bad. Also, it's pretty easy to defeat as long as you take the time to eat. I'm sure it's like 10x easier with diamond and some potions.
