@auriali

Still a secret.

just got a new router with better speeds and wi-fi 6 and noticed the ethernet cable connecting my pc to the router was frayed/dodgy looking, so i decided to change it to a better one that’s been lying around and i went from getting 90mbps to 900mbps+ ☠️

so for years i’ve been getting mid internet because of a rubbish ethernet cable when the router was capable of way more 💀

This actually kinda fits my prompt since I certainly cannot comprehend how this picture is an eldritch horror.

Google on their way to kill another service (it's been five minutes since they killed the last one)

Just saw my first Christmas advert today for M&S and I already am tired of Christmas marketing on November 1st. Mariah Carey is looming... I can feel it...

This is the scariest thing I’ve seen this entire spooky month.

we are dangerously close to christmas music time

This might be just me but every time Microsoft adds a new annoyance in Edge that makes downloading another browser more annoying I just imagine how deeply insecure and pathetic Microsoft is when it comes to the fact that people simply don't want to use their browser regardless of how many features they add. Also Edge now opens up a poll asking why you want to use a different browser when you hit the download button on the Google Chrome site lmao: https://www.theverge.com/23930960/microsoft-edge-google-chrome-poll-why-try-another-browser

Hope my fellow Scots are staying safe during the harsh weather currently. Especially if you’re in the red warning areas. ❤️

The new Tor Browser icons are pretty good IMO. Instead of simplifying the logo down even more, they went the opposite direction and included more depth with gradients and shadows alongside some more details with shading too. A pretty good refresh, I think.

I sometimes think about how crazy it is that wasteof exists. I mean to think that this has been built mostly by one person in Switzerland just because he owned the domain name which has now grown to have 4000~ users (not clued up on the exact number) is wild to think about. And it's also wild that there's an Android app I'm using now to make this post and now a browser add-on being made to. Like actually think how many things had to go right to build a social platform of this size with such a small group of people actually building the platform itself. It's amazing to see the community here build fun tools to track stats and so many other cool things as well. Massive W guys!

This is what they should’ve done to apologise

for every like this post gets, i will do literally nothing

Took this photo the other day!

It’s almost impressive how Patreon has consistently been able to make their branding more and more generic, abstract and lacking in personality with each rebrand lmao
